We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused of if the product has a manufacturer defect. Refunds will only be given WITHIN the first 14 days from date of purchase.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items, unless it is a manufacturer defect.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7-14 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
